Miriam Torres
Program Manager

Miriam Torres develops, coordinates, and implements projects for philanthropic programs. Prior to joining Resources Legacy Fund, she was a Coastal Planner for the San Francisco Bay Conservation and Development Commission. Previously, she worked to increase access to water resources and open space in environmental justice communities as a consultant to Alcanza and as Southern California Program Director for The Environmental Justice Coalition for Water. She holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning degree from UCLA and a BS in Conservation and Resource Studies from UC Berkeley.
