Letise LaFeir

Letise LaFeir develops, implements, and oversees projects for oceans, coasts, and fisheries programs. Before joining Resources Legacy Fund, Letise was California Ocean Policy Manager at the Monterey Bay Aquarium. Before that, she served as a Policy Analyst and then National Outreach Coordinator for the Office of National Marine Sanctuaries at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, was Director of Government Relations and Education Program Coordinator at the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation, and worked as a Sea Grant Fellow for Congressman Sam Farr (D-California). Letise is a graduate of Brown University, with a BS in Aquatic Biology and a BA in English. She received a PhD in Marine Biology from the University of Delaware College of Marine Studies.
