Jocelyn Garovoy Herbert

Jocelyn Garovoy Herbert develops and implements strategies and projects for oceans, coasts, and fisheries programs. Before joining Resources Legacy Fund, she was an associate attorney in real estate and land conservation transactions at Coblentz, Patch, Duffy & Bass LLP and practiced land use law and litigation with Cades Schutte LLP.

Jocelyn has served on the Hawaii County Public Access, Open Space and Natural Resources Preservation Commission; on the board of directors of the Hawaii Island Land Trust; and as a Conservation Fellow with the David and Lucile Packard Foundation. She is a graduate of Berkeley Law, University of California, and earned her MA in conservation biology at the University of Pennsylvania.
